TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking/Payments

A deposit secures all bookings and is non-refundable. In the event of rescheduling up to 1month before the booking date, monies paid can be used towards a new date.

Orders will only be booked in once the deposit payment has been received.

​

If you have booked a delivery balance payments are due 5 days before the delivery date.

If you have booked a collection balance payment to can be made in cash on

collection.

​

Refunds/Returns:

Any issues must be reported within 24hrs of collections/delivery. 

​

Refunds will not be given if the cake has been cut and served.

​

After the cake has been collected by the designated party it is seen as ‘signed off’. We ask that you make sure that everything is correct at the time of collection. Once the cake has been ‘signed off’ there will be an additional charge if anything is brought back for changes to be made.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves us. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc

Every order is handmade. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to artistic interpretation. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
