I’m Ashleigh, the owner of Cakes by Ashleigh.

Ive been making cakes professionally for just over 11 years now and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else!

I’m based in Newhaven East Sussex and For larger celebrations or weddings we deliver all over east and West Sussex and further on request!

We make anything from cupcakes up to beautiful big wedding cakes. We also attend various local markets with our bakes too. 

We’re fully insured and have a 5* EHO rated kitchen. As well as trained in all areas of food allergies. 

We also won Best Food and Drink producer in the 2023 Muddy Stiletto awards!
